More About Us
Before founding Impact Graad, Priyajeet spent fourteen years in banking at a leading Bank. He started as a Sales Officer, moved into Sales & Marketing Manager roles, advanced to Zonal Marketing Manager, and eventually became Chief Manager and Faculty at Bank of Baroda's Corporate Training Academy. As a trainer, Priyajeet designed and delivered over 150+ workshops and covered 1200+ training hours that shaped thousands of banking professionals across India.
